Unlock Potential with Morgan County Leadership Academy

How Your Generosity Makes An Impact

The MCLA program has changed in many ways over the last 30 years of it's existence, but the two things that have never faltered is the leadership team's energy to provide a high level of education and mentoring and the support from the community to ensure the viability of the program. This support may come as a monetary donation or sponsorship, an in-kind donation, or volunteer services. This support has helped over 400 people graduate from MCLA!

Helping others become well-rounded servant leaders throughout Morgan County is our ultimate goal. However, when a business or organization invests in leadership training, they can begin to develop future leaders. Risk management is often a key leadership skill. When staff receive leadership training, they may be more adept at managing risks and making strategic decisions. Having employees that can think more strategically is typically a valuable asset for any business.

During the MCLA program, participants develop their personal missions and leadership skills. They grow their understanding of themselves & others, team dynamics, and community issues more fully. As a rural county, it is difficult in many instances for communities to collaborate. Our graduates finish with the knowledge and passion to build consensus and work toward solving our communities' problems.
